Your Multiplication Guru will meet with you regularly to develop and deploy leadership practices proven to help you accomplish your God-given mission. Your one on one coaching sessions will focus on goal setting, core leadership, strategy, and trouble shooting in any of the following areas:

  • church multiplication (vision, systems, strategy, and implementation)

  • leadership development (strategy, pipeline, and competencies)

  • pastoral leadership (vision, multiplication, and leadership)

TALL

  • 1 coaching session per month

  • personal development plan

  • coaching and leadership tools

  • email and text access

$2,500/yr

GRANDE

  • 2 coaching sessions per month

  • personal development plan

  • coaching and leadership tools

  • email and text access

$5,000/yr

VENTI

  • 1 GRANDE coaching package

  • 2 full days onsite per year

  • 1 special event @ Exponential

  • email and text access

$10,000/yr
